When placing order, enter in your correct information. We cannot guarantee  changes or cancellation once the order is submitted. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after it has been shipped.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately and we will make every attempt to honor your request.

When placing an order with EQUALITUDE, you acknowledge and accept all responsibility for the tracking of the package to be delivered to the destination given during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service domestically or internationally.  


US Shipping

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with a tracking number. The delivery estimate is generally 3-5 business days but may take up to 7 business days.* Should you require other additional shipping options, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you.


Canada Shipping

Orders ship via International USPS Ground Advantage with a tracking number. The delivery estimate is generally 7-14 business days but may take up to 21 business days.

International orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please check your country’s rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing order prior. 


Returns and Exchanges

We offer a return policy within thirty days of receipt on all products provided all returned merchandise must be 100% complete and must be unworn with all packaging intact. To return products, you must e-mail us at with a reason for the return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 15-day period and before shipping the item. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

To expedite the processing of your return, we require that merchandise be returned within fifteen days of the date that we issue the RMA. Returns will be eligible for a product exchange or an online store credit.

You are responsible for insuring that your return reaches us within the required time limits. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. You must insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, you must save the merchandise and the original packaging it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise. Defective merchandise may be returned directly to us only within thirty days from the invoice date, and at our discretion, you will be offered an online store credit, replacement, or exchange.
